Our clients include both residential and commercial land and property types for developers, owners, operators and investors; ownership groups including including partnerships, LLCs, corporations, S corporations and REIT; and capital sources including equity groups, hedge and pension funds, foreign investors, life insurance companies and both regulated and unregulated lenders.
